How a Scentsy warmer works
Pop a couple of cubes from a Scentsy Bar into the dish and switch the warmer on. The bulb or heating element underneath warms the wax just enough to melt it, and the fragrance drifts gently through the room. When the scent starts to fade, swap in a new fragrance. There's no wick to trim and no flame to keep an eye on.
Full-size or mini?
Full-size warmers have a larger dish and suit living rooms, kitchens and bedrooms. Mini warmers are smaller and come either with a wall plug, so they sit neatly in a socket, or on a tabletop base. Many designs come in both sizes, so your hallway can match your lounge. Not sure which you need? Our guide to choosing the right warmer size walks you through it room by room.
Find a style that feels like home
Scentsy designs sit across four décor lines: Warm for cosy, natural textures, Enliven for colour and playful pattern, Inspire for calm neutrals and clean, modern lines, and Classic for timeless shapes that suit any room. Alongside them you'll find seasonal designs and character collaborations. Limited editions are available while stocks last, so if one catches your eye, it's worth not waiting.
Looking after your warmer
If your warmer stops melting wax, the bulb is usually the first thing to check, and the right wattage is printed on the base. Our guide to Scentsy warmer bulbs explains which one you need and how to change it, and why your warmer might not be melting wax covers the other common causes. You can refresh a favourite warmer with a new dish, too: browse our replacement dishes and lids, and find your next fragrance among our Scentsy Wax Bars.
Questions we're often asked
Do Scentsy warmers use a flame?
No. A low-watt bulb, or on some designs a gentle heating element, warms the wax, so there's no flame, smoke or soot.
Should I choose a full-size or a mini warmer?
Full-size warmers suit larger rooms and open-plan spaces. Minis are made for smaller spaces such as bathrooms, landings and bedside tables, and come with either a wall plug or a tabletop base.
Which bulb does my Scentsy warmer need?
The correct wattage is printed on the base of your warmer. Full-size and mini warmers take different bulbs, so check yours before buying a replacement.
What wax goes in a Scentsy warmer?
Scentsy Bars, which break into eight cubes. Start with a couple of cubes and add another if you'd like a stronger scent.
