There is a particular small disappointment in reaching for your favourite bar and finding the last cube already gone. The warmer is ready, the evening is ready, and the one thing that makes the room feel like yours is missing. Scentsy Club is a gentle way to keep the fragrances you love topped up, with a little saving built in, so the ritual never has to stop. Here is how it works, where the savings are and the honest trade-offs to weigh before you join.
What is Scentsy Club?
Scentsy Club is a subscription programme run by Scentsy itself. You build a shipment from the consumable products available in the UK, set how often you want it to arrive, and Scentsy sends it on your chosen schedule. It is not a surprise box: you decide every item, and you can adjust the list between deliveries.
Joining costs nothing. There is no membership fee, no minimum spend and no maximum. You simply pay for the products in each shipment plus delivery, which is £6 per Club shipment. Because you subscribe through a Partner’s Scentsy website, your subscription stays linked to that Partner, which is also where any reward points can be used. How does Scentsy Club work?
Setting up a subscription takes a few minutes. You pick the items you want to receive regularly, choose a frequency of every month, every two months or every three months, and set up payment. The first order ships straight away and the rest follow your schedule.
Between shipments you are in control. You can swap a bar for a new fragrance, add something seasonal, skip a product or skip a whole delivery as often as you like. The one rule to remember is timing: changes need to be made at least 10 days before your shipment’s processing date, and anything changed inside that window applies to the delivery after. A cancelled shipment counts as a skip, which matters for one perk we will come to below. If a card payment fails, Scentsy emails you and retries twice, 24 hours apart, so keep your payment details current.
How much do you save with Scentsy Club?
The saving depends on how much your shipment is worth before any discount is applied.
- 10% off at £40 or more. Once the products in a shipment add up to £40 or more at full price, 10% comes off the product total on every delivery for as long as the subscription stays at that level. For a sense of scale, five Scentsy Bars at £8 each comes to exactly £40.
- A half-price item at £80 or more. When the products reach £80 at full price (before the 10% is taken off), you can add one additional item at half price. The extra item must be used on that shipment or it is lost, and you are not charged for it if you do not choose one. Licensed products, such as Disney ranges, cannot be the half-price item.
- Reward points on everything. You earn one point for every £1 you spend on products in Scentsy Club, and 25 points are worth £1 off. Points land at the start of each month and expire after 180 days. They can be applied to future Club shipments or used for up to 50% off a normal order on the same Partner’s website, though they cannot pay for delivery or cover a whole item on their own.
One honest note: the 10% does not apply to VAT, and if Scentsy runs a 10%-off promotion in a given month, a subscription already at £40 does not get a second discount on top.
What is Always Get My Bar?
This is the perk that makes Scentsy Club special for anyone who has ever mourned a favourite fragrance. Scentsy retires bars every season, and when a scent you love disappears there is normally nothing to be done, as our post about Clothesline selling out shows.
Always Get My Bar changes that. If a Scentsy Bar is in your Club subscription when it is discontinued, Scentsy keeps making it for you for as long as it stays in your subscription. A few conditions apply:
- The bar has to be added while it is still on sale. For limited-time bars, the window is 30 days from launch or while it is available, whichever is longer.
- It applies to Scentsy Bars only, not Bricks or other products.
- You can reduce the quantity of a discontinued bar but never increase it, and once removed it cannot be added back unless it returns to sale.
- You can skip a shipment containing a discontinued bar once in any 12-month period. Skip a second time and the bar is removed permanently.
- Licensed bars qualify only while Scentsy’s licence for that range lasts, and packaging may change over time.
In practice, a two-monthly subscription with your one irreplaceable bar in it is a very low-effort insurance policy against losing it.
Which products can go in a Scentsy Club subscription?
Club is for consumables: the things you finish and buy again. That includes Scentsy Wax Bars, Scent Circles, Scentsy Pods, Room Sprays, oils, replacement light bulbs and licensed consumables such as Disney bars. Limited-time items can be added too, including Scent of the Month bars, Wax Collection bars (within 30 days of launch or while they are available), Bring Back My Bar winners and the Whiff Box. What is actually available can change from month to month.
What cannot go in: warmers, diffusers, Scentsy Buddies and other non-consumables, plus clearance or flash-sale products. If you are building a first set-up, buy the warmer as a normal order and let the Club look after the wax.
Is Scentsy Club worth it? The honest trade-offs
For most regular Scentsy users, yes, and the maths is simple. If you already buy four or five bars every couple of months, you are spending £40 or so anyway, and Club gives you 10% off plus points for doing the same thing on autopilot. Add a few more items to reach £80 and the half-price slot can take the sting out of trying something new.
There are three things to weigh. First, the £6 delivery is charged on every Club shipment, so a small monthly order spends proportionally more on postage than a fuller box every three months; a longer frequency is usually better value.
